It's like an insight into another world where I'm not familiar with the language and just have a simple phrasebook to get by on. It kind of feels like eavesdropping but as long as anyone can "opt in" on a person's Twitterstream, I guess privacy isn't an issue to most people. I am using twemes.com to accomplish probably the same thing. I was rather astonished to discover that it was collecting flickr pics, delicious tags, and automatically associating them into topics. And including an RSS feed. Great way to discover/follow a twitter topic/event.
