Glad to see you writing about this. I'm in the same boat as you with Twitter and FriendFeed -- just figuring them out. Nice to see we're now friends; now I have 1 :-) FriendFeed's aggregation (Paul says it's not an aggregator!) is a pretty powerful concept -- a feed for all my activity. I just haven't figured out yet how to really find friends. It has a ways to go before it becomes compelling for me. I just had to delete my netflix tracking since it showed that I was adding 40 new movies everyday (maybe it's netflix's fault), but that was pretty annoying. And it needs some critical mass. Maybe it's most interesting to your immediate local friends, but I probably don't care to build up a huge friend list, since I don't care what most remote acquaintances are listing to or taking pictures of. Lastly, it needs the world to adopt feed readers, which might be while. I need to be able to tell my mom to follow my feed, but that isn't happening today.
