Okay Melissa!
Hysterical!!!!!
Completely hysterical!
I finally feel the need to respond since I have a personal connection to this one post. I love how you related your book choice to "skimming", and it is quite a clever reference. Also, the real content is very useful and so very true. It is great to be able to read your writing; you are very talented. Having the ability to make fun of yourself in the process makes it all "real" and way more fun and relatable (is that a word?)!
Looking forward to more always - I have already learned so much from you. :-)
<em>Jodi,
Thanks for the (definitely too) kind feedback. For everyone reading, Jodi is a member of the aforementioned bookclub. But she is the opposite of me - she takes note and probably buys her books more than a month before our meeting. To put it clearly - she is NOT a skimmer.
Thanks, Jodi! --Melissa
